Creating & Editing Providers
Overview:
Manage caregiver and clinician profiles so they can be scheduled and assigned to visits.
Steps

Open the Providers module
Select Providers from the main menu. -
Add a new provider

Click + Add Provider.

Enter Name, License/Certification, Contact Info, and Availability.

Assign default Services they can perform.

Click Save.

Update provider details
-
Find the provider via search or filters.

Click Edit on their profile.

Modify fields (e.g., add a new certification) and click Save.

Tips
-
Set Default Availability so shifts are suggested automatically when scheduling.

Upload license documents in the Credentials tab.
Troubleshooting
-
Missing provider: Confirm you have the correct filters (e.g., active status).
Document upload fails: Ensure file is PDF and under 5 MB.
