Creating & Editing Providers

Overview:
Manage caregiver and clinician profiles so they can be scheduled and assigned to visits.

Steps

  1. Open the Providers module
    Select Providers from the main menu.

  2. Add a new provider

    1. Click + Add Provider.

    2. Enter Name, License/Certification, Contact Info, and Availability.

    3. Assign default Services they can perform.

    4. Click Save.

  3. Update provider details

    1. Find the provider via search or filters.

    2. Click Edit on their profile.

    3. Modify fields (e.g., add a new certification) and click Save.

Tips

  • Set Default Availability so shifts are suggested automatically when scheduling.

  • Upload license documents in the Credentials tab.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing provider: Confirm you have the correct filters (e.g., active status).

Document upload fails: Ensure file is PDF and under 5 MB.
