Viewing Available Shifts & Handling Referrals

Overview:
Monitor open shifts that need filling and manage client or partner referrals.

Steps

  1. Available Shifts

    • Click Shifts → Available.

    • Filter by Date, Service Type, or Provider Skills.

    • Click a shift to view details, then Assign or Claim.

  2. Create a referral

    • Go to Referrals in the menu.

    • Click + New Referral.

    • Enter Referring Source, Client/Patient, Service Needed, and Date.

    • Click Save to generate a referral record.

  3. Track referral status

    • View all referrals under Referrals → All.

    • Update status to In Progress, Completed, or Declined.

Tips

  • Use Bulk Assign to fill multiple shifts at once.

  • Link referrals directly to a Client record for history tracking.

Troubleshooting

  • No shifts found: Expand your filter date range.

Referral missing: Ensure the referring source has been added as a client or contact.
