Creating & Submitting Time sheets

Overview:
Log worked hours for individual providers and submit for supervisor approval.

Steps

  1. Open Timesheets
    Select Timesheets from the sidebar.

  2. Create a timesheet

    • Click + Create Timesheet.

    • Select Provider, set Week Starting date.

    • Click Add Entry, choose a Visit or Custom Entry, enter Hours Worked and Notes.

    • Repeat for each day/entry.

    • Click Save Draft or Submit for Approval.

  3. Edit or withdraw

    • To adjust, click the draft timesheet, make changes, then Save or Resubmit.

Tips

  • Use the Copy Last Week’s button to speed up repetitive entries.

  • Attach supporting documents (e.g., mileage logs) under Attachments.

Troubleshooting

  • Hours not totaling: Ensure each entry has a numeric value.

Cannot submit: Confirm that the provider is active and scheduled for that week.
