Managing Facilities & Facility Requests
Overview:
Maintain service locations (facilities) and submit facility-access requests for staff.
Steps

Open Facilities
Select Facilities from the navigation. -
Add a facility

Click + Add Facility.

Enter Facility Name, Address, and Type (e.g., Nursing Home).

Add contact details and any special instructions.

Click Save.

Submit a facility request
-
Go to Facility Requests.

Click + New Request.
-
Choose a facility, select Provider(s), and set Requested Dates.

Add notes (e.g., badge pickup) and click Submit.

Tips
-
Tag facilities by service (e.g., “Rehab”) to speed up searches.

Track request status (Pending, Approved, Denied) on the Requests page.
Troubleshooting
-
Request stuck in Pending: Check if the approver has received notification.
Facility missing: Confirm you have facility-creation permissions.
