Scheduling Visits & Configuring Auto-Visits
Overview:
Set up one-time or recurring (auto-visit) assignments for clients and providers.
Steps

Open Scheduling
Click Scheduling in the main menu. -
Schedule a one-time visit

Click + New Visit.

Select Client, Provider, Date & Time, and Service.

Add any Instructions or Special Requirements.

Click Save.

Configure an auto-visit (recurring)
-
In + New Visit, check Recurring.

Set Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and End Date or Number of Occurrences.

Click Save.

View and adjust
-
Use the Calendar or List view to see all scheduled and recurring visits.

Click any visit to Edit or Cancel.

Tips

Color-code visits by service type for quick visual reference.

Auto-visits save time for ongoing care plans.
Troubleshooting
-
Visit conflict: You’ll see an alert if the provider already has an overlapping assignment.
Recurring not applying: Make sure both start and end dates are set.
